Custom Cerakote Chameleon Pearl Slide
A custom Glock slide in the shop’s very own purple pearl chameleon Cerakote.
The pearl effect gives the purple a soft, glowing shimmer, and the chameleon element shifts the color as the light changes. It’s a striking finish that looks different from every angle.
Applying a pearl chameleon evenly is challenging, since uneven coats can show as patches of different color. Pearl coatings contain fine reflective particles, which give the purple a soft glow even in low light, while the chameleon pigments shift the hue toward blue or pink at other angles. Tom mixes this color in-house, so it’s not something you’ll find at other shops. Getting the coverage perfectly even across the slide’s flats, serrations and curves is what makes the effect look smooth instead of blotchy. It’s one of the most eye-catching finishes the shop offers for a Glock.
