Yeti cooler In Cerakote and then dipped
This Yeti cooler got a full Cerakote job, and then Tom took the lid and hydro dipped it in a black-and-white skull pattern. The result is a custom, one-of-a-kind cooler.
Combining two processes lets each one do what it does best. The Cerakote covers the cooler body in a tough, solid finish, while the hydro dip adds a detailed graphic pattern to the lid that would take ages to paint by hand.
Coolers take a beating, getting dragged across truck beds, docks and boat decks, so a durable coating is a practical upgrade. The skull lid gives it attitude whether it’s at a tailgate, campsite or job site.
Big items like this need plenty of prep and careful masking around hinges, latches and gaskets so everything still seals and opens properly. Want your cooler to stand out at the next cookout? Request a quote.
