This Springfield XD was fully customized with a Tiffany Blue Cerakote frame and a Crushed Silver slide and magazine base plate. As Tom put it, “the lady this customization was done for is one lucky lady.”
It’s a soft robin’s-egg tone that looks clean and elegant, and on a polymer frame it brings a bright, cheerful look to an otherwise all-business pistol.
Crushed Silver gives the slide a sparkling metallic finish rather than a flat grey, and coating the magazine base plate to match ties the bottom of the grip back to the top of the gun. It’s a small detail that makes the whole package feel finished.
