I Saw Red is the story of an AR going “from tactical to tac-T-cool,” as Tom put it. The rifle was completely redone in red and black, and it’s impossible to miss.
The handguard and receiver are coated in a bright, saturated red, with black small parts keeping the look grounded. On the handguard sits a black-and-white American flag, a subdued accent that stands out precisely because it isn’t red.
Slot cutouts along the rail show thin black edges inside the red, which makes the machining look sharper. The photo, taken close along the handguard, shows how even the color is across those flats and cuts.
