Trails For Trades
Trails For Trades is a little piece of the outdoors burned into a wooden rifle stock. Across the side runs a mountain ridge, a row of pine trees on either end, and in the middle a side-by-side UTV kicking along the trail with its roll cage and big tires clearly drawn.
The scene was laser engraved directly into the wood, so everything shows up in deep brown against the lighter grain. Notice how the artwork follows the stock’s shape: the trees taper toward the toe, and the mountains fill the broadest part of the wood without crowding the edges.
The title suggests the stock is tied to a trades or trail-riding cause, which is just the kind of project where a custom scene beats a plain logo. It tells a story about where the owner likes to spend weekends and what they care about.
