Flying Tigers Shotgun In Cerakote
We took this shotgun’s forearm and buttstock and turned them into a Flying Tigers tribute. Tom said it “even looks better all put together.”
The grey furniture carries the iconic shark teeth and eye painted near the front of the forend, just like the nose art on the P-40 fighters, plus a roundel on the stock. In the photo, the parts are laid out on a whiskey barrel head, which suits the vintage look.
Doing nose art on curved shotgun furniture means wrapping the mouth around the shape so it reads correctly from the side. The red mouth and white teeth sit crisp against the grey.
Fans of World War II aviation love these builds. Want one for your shotgun? Call 937-550-1119.
We took this Forearm and Butt Stock and created a flying Tigers Tribute for our customer.
It turned out beautiful and even looks better all put together.
