The Oklahoma Sheriff Custom 23c Glock

We completely remade this beauty.
Starting out with a stock Glock 23c and then we began hacking up the slide with some front Laser Cut Serrations.
And then we cut the Chevron cuts from the back side to the front side on top of the Glock Slide.
Then we added the slide lighting on one side we did an american flag and the other just a cut around the ejection port.
These cuts along with the Burnt Bronze Distressed Cerakote coating turned out amazing.

This however wasnt enough,
We took and sanded the frame down to a smooth finish on each side.
And then let our laser cut a beautiful Chevron Stipple pattern into each side of the grip.
Inside of the Chevron Pattern we included this customers Sheriff’s badge. Which came out better than we thought it would.
Each and every detail is clearly visible and just looked amazing.
After all the frame work we blasted it taking off all the sharp edges of the polymer and then re-coating it with Graphite Black in order to bring the look full circle.

This Custom Sheriff themed Glock 23c just turned out awesome

The Spiderman Punisher Ar15 Theme

This is the beginning stages of the Spiderman Punisher Theme AR15 build.
We were commissioned to come up with a killer design that would build off of a Spiderman Punisher and this is it.
We took and did a full skeletonized Magwell design by laser cutting the design all the way through.
And then we took it to the booth and laid down our Cerakote
We started with a graphite black base And ended with the Smith and wesson Accents.

Beautiful Laser Cut and Coated American Flag

We did our famous Laser Cut Chevrons and American Flag theme Laser work on this pistol.
Once we got all the laser work finished we turned to Our Cerakote flag design to finish it off.
I have to say this American Flag Theme Glock Pistol turned out just beautiful.

A Custom Laser Stipple And Multicam Slide

We did a custom Laser Stipple on this Glock Frame and Coated it a Cerakote Sable Brown .
Then we took the slide and did a super dark multicam with a small splash of brown to blend in with the custom Laser Engraved frame we did.
The combo turned out just completely amazing.

The Tylers Army Custom Bike

We were approached to do a little work on this beautiful Bike to see if we could make it come back to life again.
This bike turned out beautiful with its custom Cerakote pipes and Laser Engraved side plate that set off the look perfectly in order to win the Peoples Choice at the Rhinegeist Moto Show this year.

Ar 15 In Midnight Blue and Laser Scroll

A Beautiful AR 15 coated in Midnight Blue Cerakote.
And since we just love a challenge The customer asked us to come up with something using scroll work.
So this is what happened.. It is our first shot at doing Laser Scroll work but I think it came out pretty good…

Glock19 Gen5 Full Laser Work Battleworn

We took a regular old Gen5 Glock 19 and completely transformed it.
Using our Fiber Laser engraver we deep laser engraved the slide from one end to the other adding Chevrons across the top
And then doing a slide lightening across the sides and adding front serration to the front section of the slide.
One of the sides we added an american flag.
But that wasn’t enough after that was done we did a full frame laser stipple job using the same Chevron symbols.
I do believe this Glock turned out amazing.

1911 in 2 Color Kryptek and Laser Engraved Gun

This beautiful Sig 1911 was transformed in our shop from its dull black everyday look to a brand new 2 color Kryptek.
We then took all the internals and the hardware and polished them all to an extremely high shine.
After that we deep reverse laser engraved the customers family crest on the custom aluminium grips.

Fiber Laser Cut Glock Slide Serrations

Here we have a Glock Slide that our customer wanted to have Cocking Serrations done across the entire top and both front sides of his Slide. Our fiber Laser Engraver made quick work of making these .040 thousandths deep cuts across the entire slide.
After the laser engraved cuts are made we then re coated it in Cerakote Elite Smoke Coating.

Light Surface Mark AR Laser Engraving

This is an example of either a light surface mark Laser Engraved AR15 lower and the one on top is a slightly deeper cut Laser engraved AR 15 lower. Both of these types of Laser engraved marks are permanent and can be applied over any surface on the firearm. 

Here is a quick video of one of the AR lowers being Laser engraved over a distressed Cerakote Coating.
